Bob Turner has won the festival prize for his film, “Howe Sound – Vancouver’s Wild Neighbour” showcasing his kayaking adventure on the Howe Sound Sea to Sky Marine Trail.
The festival prize is awarded to the presentation that embodies the spirit of adventure and showcases the spectacular nature of Bowen Island and its surrounds. His film inspired many conversations with future adventurers who want to follow in his foot steps (and paddle strokes) and embark on a similar journey.
